This event will focus on the use and application of international and European mechanisms of recourse for the protection of the rights of separated children, including the European Court of Human Rights, the European Social Charter, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Third Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure.
