Patrick Lynch K.C. -From Parliamentarian to Republican 1917-1922.
Patrick Lynch K.C. contested the East Clare Bye Election against Eamon DeValera in 1917 as an Irish Parliamentary Party member. In the following years he defended a number of republican activists and represented the McCurtain Family at the inquest following the Black and Tan raid on the McCurtain home and the killing of Tomas McCurtain, Mayor of Cork.
