Good Clinical Practice Refresher Training Course

The Good Clinical Practice Refresher Training Course will take place on Tuesday November 17th, 2015 in Brookfield Health Sciences Building, University College Cork.

Since May 2014 the CRF-C has been providing an ICH-GCP training course for investigators and site personnel in Cork 130 people have so far attended this half day course, which meets the minimum criteria for ICH GCP Investigator site personnel training identified by TransCelerate BioPharma as necessary to enable mutual recognition of GCP training among trial sponsors.

The course has category 1 Bord Altranais approval for 3.5 Continuing Education Units (CEU). Physicians who attend the half-day course are eligible for 3 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points from the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland (RCPI).

In response to demand from investigators and site personnel we will provide an ICH-GCP refresher course in Cork starting in September 2015. The 2-hour course has been developed and will be delivered by CRF-C Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Dr. Ruben Keane and CRF-C Monitor Ms. Maire McCarthy.
