66th OMEP World Assembly and International Conference, July 2014, Cork, Ireland.
The 66th OMEP World Assembly will take place on July 1st and 2nd and the Conference will be held from the evening of the 2nd to the 5th of July 2014. OMEP Ireland is very pleased to co-host this with the School of Education, University College Cork. The conference theme of children’s Cultural Worlds and its subthemes of Play and Creativity; Friendships, Relationships and Identities; Digital Childhood; Influences on Early Learning; Sustainable Development and Cultural Experiences and Heritage will invite a broad interpretation from delegates throughout the world.
OMEP (Organisation Mondiale Pour I'Education Prescolaire) is an international, non-governmental organisation, founded in 1948 to benefit children under the age of 8 years throughout the world. OMEP is currently established in over 70 countries.
